On January 13th 2023, the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board denied the policy grievance the AJC filed in March 2020 on Normal Hours of Work which was referred to adjudication in January 2021.

The AJC Supports Cupe Ontario Education Workers

The AJC is concerned with the Ford Government’s use of legislation to pre-emptively end a labour action in violation of the Charter, and concurrently insulate such action from judicial scrutiny by invoking the notwithstanding clause.
