As was explained in greater detail at the AGM, we have no control over the panel, and are as anxious as all of you to receive a decision.  The moment we have one it will be shared with you, the members.  We hope that, much like the SCC decision on Stand-by duty and retroactive leave reconciliation, that good things come to those who wait.
