AJC is your official bargaining agent
We are the exclusive bargaining agent for approximately 3,500 lawyers employed by the government of Canada, and provide in-house legal services to various federal agencies, tribunals and courts across the country.
Current Ratification 2024
Members will find the complete text of the current Collective Agreement and prior Collective Agreements, as well as information on health, dental and disability insurance and pension.
Negotiating on Behalf of Our Members
The AJC’s Negotiation Team negotiates on behalf of its members to determine employment terms and conditions. Based on collected information during the Agreement's term, AJC's Negotiation Team can start the bargaining process.
What AJC can do for you
The AJC offers members a variety of representation services ranging from general advice on a variety of labour relations topics to grievance representation.
